THE KIDSDOM

Opening Hours: 8:00 – 20:00

• Please be advised that Kidsdom at Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort is a dedicated area where children can engage and play under the supervision of our recreation team. Children must be accompanied by a parent or a guardian at all times. 
• However, it is important to note that Kidsdom is not a babysitting service, and our team is not responsible for monitoring children as they enter or exit the Kidsdom area. 
• Parents and guardians are required to always supervise their children while in the Kidsdom area. While we strive to ensure a safe environment, the responsibility for any potential risks associated with your child’s participation remains with you. By allowing your child to participate in activities at Kidsdom you acknowledge and accept that you are leaving your child in this area at your own risk.
• The Kidsdom staff will engage with and facilitate activities for the children but cannot assume responsibility for their safety outside of the designated play sessions.
• Melia Ho Tram Beach Resort and its employees can in no way be held responsible for any accident, which may occur. In the event of an accident / illness requiring emergency medical treatment, the attendant will seek the appropriate treatment. Every effort will be made to contact the parents before such treatment is sought. However, should this rove impossible, the child’s safety will be the utmost priority. The hotel accepts no liability for children missing; injury or death of any person in connection with the use of the play area; or loss or damage to assets of users of the playing area.
• The Undersigned, as Parent | Guardian of the children, shall be liable for and shall indemnify and hold armless the Hotel, owners and employees against any damage, cost, expense, liability, loss, claims or proceedings due to accident, death, injury, illness or sickness to the children, including loss or damage to any property during the period when the children attending the children attending the activities of Kidsdom. 
• Child joining the Kidsdom must be signed in & out for each session.
• It is your responsibility as parent or guardian to provide any specialized care, food or medicine for your child. The staff will not provide them for security reasons.
• The child must come to the Kidsdom with all necessary equipment and appropriate clothing to participate in the activities. Parent or guardian are responsible for the personal belongings of the child. It is their responsibility to return any equipment borrowed from the Kidsdom and to clean the area of his child clean.
• It is your responsibility as parent or guardian to ensure that your child behaves properly and does not harm other children or Hotel personnel or cause damage or destruction to any property.
