Cancellations & Changes Policy

Cancellations:
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled pick-up time will be fully charged.
• Cancellations made at least 3 days in advance are free of charge.

Amendments:
• For normal days, any change to the pick-up schedule must be made at least 12 hours in advance.
• For public holidays, any change to the pick-up schedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Rates:
All transfer rates are exclusive of 5% service charge and applicable taxes.
