Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.

The bus stop station is the intersection of Truong Cong Dinh Street
and Ha Long Street (near Fusion Suite Hotel).

• 24-hour advanced booking is required, before 10:00 of the day before and through the Concierge or Guest Services line or Front Desk.

• For Non All-Inclusive guests, payment must be made at the time of booking.

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before departure.

• No refunds for cancellations made less than 12 hours before departure.

The attractions are for reference only. We only provide pick-up and drop-off at Stop (number 3).

Please arrange your own itinerary and cover transportation and entrance fees (if applicable).

• In-house guest not on All-inclusive board will be charged VND 176,366++ per guest per round trip and not include the takeaway lunch box.

• Guests must be at least 18 years old. If a guest is under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult.

• Only in-house guests are eligible to book this service and this transfer can not be used for check in or check out Guest.
