Unlimited spa therapies are selected from indicated with the [WI] icon throughout the Spa Menu, (Body Scrubs, Body Treatments, Facials, Foot Healing, Classic Manicure & Pedicure, and Shampoo & Blow-Dry), subject to daily slot availability.

  • Continuous Experience Limit: A single active booking may comprise up to a maximum of 3 consecutive treatments booked together in one continuous session (e.g., 30-minute Body Scrub followed by a 60-minute Massage and 60-minute Facial).
  • Next Reservation: Once the current appointment is completed, guests are immediately welcome to schedule their next available session. Multiple standalone slots scattered across different times or days cannot be booked in advance.

Punctuality, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 4 hours prior to the appointment.
• Unannounced no-shows or late cancellations will forfeit that session and result in a 4-hour waiting period before the next booking can be accepted.
